At the University of Wisconsin, the Department of Rural Sociology is part of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, and the Department of Sociology is located in the College of Letters and Sciences. These sister departments are closely allied and share many programs and courses. UNDERGRADUTE PROGRAM: At the undergraduate level, the Department offers Bachelor of Science degrees in several concentrations through the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. GRADUATE PROGRAM: At the graduate level, the department joins with the Department of Sociology to offer a single unified program of study leading to Masters of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Sociology.
